Wherever possible, any production that is not done in her little studio (or on her kitchen table), is kept within Cornwall, helping to support the county that she loves so much.
Tea towels are lovingly folded by “the Mother” who gets paid in cups of tea.

As you may have noticed, this website is a work in progress.
windsweptgirlie designs is a one woman company (with some help from family), so I have to fit building this in between designing, making, stock drops to my stockists and craft fairs!
Please be patient as I add new images and product descriptions.
If you want to know if a particular design is available in a different format that isn't shown, (e.g. as a print or mug), or if you need any information about my product range, please don't hesitate to contact me.

Packaging
Wherever possible I avoid using plastic. I use recycled cardboard/tissue paper and packaging.
Cards are packed in a strong envelope with a cardboard stiffener.
Don't worry your parcels will still look lovely!
Processing time
Some items are made to order and some are in stock, so the time I need to prepare an order for shipping will vary.
Estimated shipping times
United Kingdom: 3-5 business days
I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but can't guarantee them.
Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Dispatch items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
